General Information
Iqraa Hospital is the second largest maternity care center in Calicut, interms of number of childbirth. The department with highly experienced gynecologists and obstetricians provides specialized attention and compassionate care for women with all gynecological health conditions from teenage to menopause and beyond. It is designed to offer antenatal, natal and postnatal services. The department is strongly supported by round the clock service of expert neonatologists.
Management of high-risk pregnancies such as gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, preterm labor, hypertension and pregnancy with cardiac problems etc. are also offered by the department. Other services provided include reversal of tubectomy, ligation/sterilization, diagnosis and treatment of ectopic pregnancy, Minimally invasive hysterectomy, Management of polycystic ovarian disease, fibroids, endometriosis etc.
