Muhammed Basim VK is a Deglutologist and Medical speech language pathologist. He is specialist in voice and swallowing assessment and management. Undergraduate studies in Bachelor of Audiology and Speech language pathology (BASLP) at Naseema Institute of Speech and Hearing in Bangalore, followed by postgraduate studies (Specialization) in Deglutology at Amrita Institute of Medical Science and Research centre, and honoured 1st rank (Gold Medallist). He is certified in Manual therapy for swallowing and voice(USA), Certified in NMES and several international certifications, Keen interest in developing the field of Deglutology and give quality of care to patients and interest in research and advanced treatment modalities, he has hands on training in FEES, VFSS etc. He has good clinical experience with paediatric, head and neck oncology, ENT and neurology cases with swallowing and voice disorders.
